When I Book Online, What Happens Next?

Once your booking is placed, a staff member will contact you that same business day or the next to go over your booking to ensure customer satisfaction.

How Much Is A Deposit?

Bookings require a 25% deposit.

Deposits are refundable up to 90 days prior to your event. A credit card is required for all deposits.

How Do I Pay The Balance For My Order?

Payments in full can be paid by the credit card on file, cash or e-transfer.

When Do I Have To Pay The Full Balance?

Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the event.

Do You Offer Delivery?

We sure do! Delivery is available for your items. Delivery fees will be quoted by a staff member.

We can cover most of Vancouver Island!

Delivery areas include: Campbell River, Port Alberni, Qualicum, Parksville, Ladysmith, Nanaimo, Duncan, Cowichan Bay, and more.

Can I Pick Up My Rental Items?

Customer pick-up is available for most items. Pick-up can only be done in an enclosed vehicle. No open truck beds or trailers. Some items are “Delivery Only” items. These items will note this in the description.

How Long Are Rental Periods?

All bookings are set for a 3 day rental period. Extended rentals available upon request.

What Days Are You Open?

We are open 7 days a week for delivery and pick-up including holidays.

Do You Offer Customizable Items?

Yes we do! We manufacture in-house and can customize most things for you. Give us a shout.

Do You Offer a Military Discount?

Yes, absolutely!

We offer a 15% discount to any current and former military members.

Discount available upon ID Verification.

What if I forget how to use my Audio Guestbook?

Not a problem!

We have a page designed specifically for the more complicated items.
